ABU USA Is Hiring Customer Service Superstars In Baltimore & Everett!
We are looking to hire one new full-time customer service agent at each location
Our Customer Care agents are are responsible for:
- Delivering the best customer experience possible, every time
- Answering online support tickets, handling telephone enquiries and working with customers in our retail store
- Representing ABU at events that draw a global audience
- Assisting in wide company communications and with our social media
- Keeping all working areas, facilities, and customer areas clean and tidy
- Working with customers as they walk in to place/pickup orders
Compensation:
- Pay Starts at $19.00 an hour.
- Benefits available at 30 days (dental, vision, health, paid vacation/sick days, paid holidays)
- 80 Diapers a month as part of our internal QC scheme
Other Important Info:
Working hours are Monday – Friday 8:00am – 4:30pm.
