Hello ABU Friends & Family!
We’re reaching out to update you about the dispatch delays we’re experiencing. As you’ll already be aware, we suspended our Same Day shipping promise for our ABU Economy packages in early 2020 so that we could ensure safe working practices in all our locations. We have worked hard since then and the majority of packages have still left us same day.
Through the festive period we have been inundated with an incredible amount of orders and, briefly, some technical difficulties hampered operations at our Maryland location, the busiest of our US warehouses. This combination has led to a backlog.
To rectify this we have team members working extra shifts in the evenings and over the weekends, packing orders oldest to newest, and we expect to be caught up by the middle of next week.
We are grateful for all the patience and understanding that has already been expressed by our loyal customers. We want to offer a massive apology for any inconvenience that the delay has caused and if you do need extra help, or have specific concerns about your order, please reach out via abucares.com and the Customer Care team can assist you.
