Changes To ABU Shipping - US & Canada
Moving To Economy Flat Rate Shipping
Over the past three years, our cost of doing business (mainly shipping) has increased and we have absorbed those increases to keep your shopping experience consistent. We want to continue to offer that same experience, but we also need to keep our business healthy.
Shipping & cardboard costs have increased for the third year. To remain a healthy business we can no longer absorb 100% of these cost increases. This requires us to make changes to shipping which includes discontinuing our Free Shipping and moving to an Economy Flat Rate Shipping. This new shipping will apply to all packages leaving our warehouses in the US & Canada.
After several months of research we believe the solution we found works best to ship you product while maintaining considerate pricing for all kinds of buyers; from those who only buy single packs to those who only buy cases.
Economy Flat Rate Shipping - How it Works
Effective January 5th, 2018
United States Shipping
- Sample / Stickers add $1 USD for shipping
- Apparel / Swag add $2 USD for shipping
- 10 packs add $5 USD for shipping
- 40 packs add $8 USD for shipping
- 80 packs add $12 USD for shipping
Canada Shipping
- Sample / Stickers add $2 CAD for shipping
- Apparel / Swag add $4 CAD for shipping
- 10 packs add $8 CAD for shipping
- 40 packs add $12 CAD for shipping
- 80 packs add $17 CAD for shipping

More Changes to Shipping Options
Effective January 5th, 2018
- Packages that are made up of 40 packs or less will now ship in poly mailers (similar to how we do samples). Cases of 80 will still ship in a cardboard box.
- If you would like your package that isn't a case to ship in a cardboard box, Select "Cardboard Box" at checkout which will add $1.50 USD ($2.50 CAD) in Shipping and Handling.

As we continue to grow, we will always be looking for ways to negotiate lower shipping rates, and we will certainly pass those on to our customers. We hope that we never have to raise the above outlined costs, and we will maintain that as a goal.
Shipping changes go into effect January 5th, 2018.
