Diapers On the Go! 🏃
Tips for Wearing Out and About in Your Daily Life.
Happy Friday little ones!
Here’s hoping your diapers are big and bloated for this weekday’s end!
Diapers make for amazing loungewear! Long gaming sessions, binge-watching the newest season of your little show, diapers keep you on task and in focus!
But how about when you need to make a run for groceries? Or want to go out for drink with friends? This Big Diaper Friday, we are gonna discuss wearing your padding confidently and comfortably outside of the nursery.
🏔️ Preparing for the great journey
Step one to your padded-venture, make sure you have all your needed supplies!
Keep in mind where you are going, how long you are going, and how much room your current diaper has. It won’t be much good to go out all day in a bursting diaper, get your bum freshly padded, and don’t sweat a possible leak.
How active will you be on this outing?
Brisk walk through some aisles, or a hike up a mountain?
It’s important to consider the type of diaper you want to wear based on your activity level.
Higher levels of intensity may call for a soft cloth-back diaper like the Little Kings or Alpha GatorZ, as plastic backs can rub on your inner thighs and cause irritation.
If crinkle is a must and a plastic-back has to be worn, sprinkle some baby powder on your tights to reduce the friction.
🎒 Prepare Changes
Make sure to bring your diaper bag!
Any ol’ backpack will do, though our DinoRawrZ patches can be used to bring some fun to ‘em!
Prepare the appropriate amount of changes and any supplies you need –
- Spare diaper or diapers
- Powder
- Lotion
- Wipes
- Disposable bags
- Sun Screen/Bug Spray or other outing essentials
👕 Dress for the Occasion
Padding outings require you to factor your dress not just for where you’re going, but also accounting for your padding.
Consider your own confidence level as well.
Are you anxious about peekage when you’re padded out?
A bodysuit like our Diapersuits is perfect for wearing under your clothes to ensure there’s no accidental peekage when bending over.
A shirt with a longer torso can help with any anxiety about flashing your crinkly underwear.
We recommend going clothes shopping with your padding to try on different clothes to build your outfit. Diapers are bulkier than underwear, so its reasonable that your current clothes may not account for them!
🥳 Relax and have fun!
Most importantly, just don’t sweat what others may think.
Your choice of underwear is no one else’s business! Well, maybe your caretakers.
If you are taking the same steps as anyone else would to hide their underwear (and you are likely doing more!), then you have nothing to worry about, except leaks!
