Important Update: ABU UK & EU Operational Transition

Dear ABU UK & EU Community,

As part of our continued commitment to delivering a high-quality experience for our customers, we want to share an important operational update.

Our UK and EU warehouses will be closing later this month, with February 26th, 2026 set as the final day of dispatch from these locations.

This change is part of a broader transition across ABUniverse. We’re moving to a new logistics and fulfilment model in both regions, one designed to offer more carrier choices, greater delivery consistency, as well as support a more sustainable long-term operation.

ABUniverse will still offer our diapers to our UK and EU customers from the same sites, with orders shipped from within the UK or EU as appropriate.

We know ABU means a lot to our customers, and we want to be transparent: this shift also comes with some changes to our staffing. Supporting affected individuals with care and compassion is our priority. We’re working closely with those impacted to ensure they’re treated fairly and respectfully through the process.

The world around us has changed a great deal since ABUniverse first started. Like many businesses, we need to evolve, not just to survive, but to keep delivering joy, choice and reliability in the ways that matter most.

We understand that transitions raise questions and further updates will follow as we have more details to share. Our team is here to support you and answer anything you need to know, especially around shipping dates, order planning, and what to expect from our new fulfilment system.
